Who can join Medura Rewards?
Anyone with a free Medura account. Points are earned while you are signed in, so guest checkouts do not earn points.
Which purchases earn points?
Eligible OTC purchases, including Subscribe & Save, earn 1 point per eligible dollar actually paid. From time to time a limited promotion may earn double points on selected products when you buy 1 or 2 units of the same product as a One-Time Purchase with no other discount. Buying 3 or more of the same product unlocks Buy More & Save instead, with standard points. Double points never apply to Subscribe & Save or discounted items. Prescription products, telehealth services and lab tests do not earn or redeem points, and shipping and tax never count.
Can I earn rewards when using store credit?
Yes. You earn points on the remaining eligible amount paid with new funds. The portion paid with store credit does not earn additional points.
Can I earn rewards on discounted purchases?
Yes. Eligible discounted purchases earn standard points based on the qualifying amount actually paid.
Can I earn rewards with Subscribe & Save?
Yes. Eligible Subscribe & Save purchases earn standard points based on the discounted purchase amount.
How much are my rewards worth?
Every 100 points can be redeemed for $6 in cash back store credit.
When do points appear in my balance?
Purchase points post once your payment is confirmed. Review points show as pending until the review is approved and published.
How do I redeem points?
At checkout, while signed in, choose how many points to use. Redemption starts at 100 points and goes up in steps of 100, with every 100 points worth $6 off eligible OTC items.
Can I use points with other discounts?
Yes. Points can be combined with Subscribe & Save and with one promotional offer on the order, such as a discount code, the first-order offer or a referral discount. Points can cover up to the eligible OTC item total left after that offer.
How do referrals work?
Share your link from this page or your account. Your friend signs up with it, and once their first order is paid with at least $50 in OTC products (after discounts, before shipping and tax) you earn 100 points. Only their first order counts. If that order is refunded, the referral points are reversed.
What happens if I return or get a refund?
Points earned on a refunded order are removed in proportion to the refund. If checkout is not completed, any points you set aside are returned to your balance.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire after 12 months.
Where can I see my points activity?
In your account under Rewards, which lists every point you earned, redeemed or had adjusted.
