This Privacy Policy explains how Medura collects, uses, discloses, stores, protects, and otherwise processes information about individuals who access or use the Platform and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting information through the Platform, or otherwise interacting with Medura, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. Medura does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. Information You Provide Directly: We may collect name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, date of birth, account credentials, payment information, communications with customer support, information submitted through forms/questionnaires/surveys/assessments/applications, uploaded documents/images/videos/files, and information submitted in connection with healthcare, wellness, pharmacy, or telehealth services.

Health Information: Certain Services may require you to provide health-related information, including medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, allergies, laboratory results, treatment information, wellness information, lifestyle information, and other healthcare-related information. We may process health-related information to facilitate healthcare services, pharmacy services, wellness services, customer support, and other Services offered through the Platform.

Payment Information: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Medura does not store complete payment card information on its servers.

Information Collected Automatically: When you use the Services, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type and version, device type, device identifiers, operating system, referral URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, clickstream information, session information, geographic region, and mobile device information.

Information Received from Third Parties: We may receive information from healthcare providers, pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors, marketing partners, analytics providers, service providers, and publicly available sources.

Cookies, Analytics, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, improve, and market the Services, including cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, SDKs, and local storage technologies. Analytics Technologies include Google Analytics and Google Ads Conversion Tracking. Advertising Technologies include Meta/Facebook Pixel. Communications: responding to inquiries, sending account notifications, appointment reminders, order confirmations, shipping updates, service-related notices.
