You will receive a secure link to create your Fullscript account, where your health records and results are stored and are HIPAA compliant.

Collect at home or visit a nearby lab
Depending on your test, either receive a mailed collection kit at home or visit a nearby Quest or LabCorp location, or schedule a mobile phlebotomist, using your digital requisition.

Within 24 hours, you will receive a link to create or access your Fullscript account, where your lab requisition is generated.

Depending on the test, schedule a draw at a Quest or LabCorp patient service center, book a mobile phlebotomist, or use an at-home collection kit.
Access your results securely
Once your results are ready, they are reviewed and made available securely inside your Fullscript account.

Your Fullscript account may include personalized supplement recommendations to help address areas of concern identified by your lab work.

Order your lab test through Medura, just like any other product. Within 24 hours of your order, you'll receive a secure link to create or access your Fullscript account, our lab and supplement partner, where your health records and results are stored. Depending on your specific test:
Specialty tests
Specialty tests (such as certain stool, saliva, or breath tests) ship directly to your home within 24 hours of your Fullscript account being set up, with all collection materials, instructions, and prepaid return packaging included.
Standard panels
Standard panels generate a digital requisition inside your Fullscript account. Enter your zip code to find a nearby Quest or LabCorp location, or schedule a mobile phlebotomist to come to you.
Once your results are ready, you'll find them securely in your Fullscript account, along with personalized supplement recommendations.
