Tiers are based on the eligible referred sales you generate during the current calendar month, and they reset every month. 10% Essential is the default rate; 15% and 20% are earned by reaching the monthly sales thresholds. The order that crosses a threshold keeps its starting rate; the higher rate begins with the next order and never applies retroactively.

Affiliate questions
What earns a commission?
Paid orders of eligible OTC products and prescription treatments from customers you refer. There is no minimum order value, so every eligible order earns commission. You earn your current tier rate on the eligible purchase subtotal after discounts. Shipping and taxes never earn commission.
What is Medura Urgent Care?
Medura Urgent Care is a coming-soon telehealth service for non-emergency conditions. The consultation fee is $119, a prescription is not guaranteed, and a licensed provider decides whether a prescription is medically appropriate. Availability excludes Alabama. If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911; when the service is live, details will be available on the Urgent Care page.
How are customers attributed to me?
Share your link, medurahealth.com/r/YOURCODE, or have customers enter your code at checkout. When someone signs up through your link, their account is linked to you permanently, so their future qualifying orders count too. The first referral link a customer uses is the one that counts.
Which tier am I on, and can it change?
Every affiliate starts on Essential (10%). Reach $2,500 in eligible referred sales in the current calendar month to unlock Advanced (15%), or $10,000 to unlock Elite (20%). Tiers reset each month. The order that crosses a threshold keeps the rate in effect when it began; the higher rate applies to subsequent orders, never retroactively, and commissions already earned keep their recorded rate.
What happens if an order is refunded or canceled?
The commission is reduced to match the refunded merchandise, or reversed in full for a full refund or cancellation. Adjustments show in your Affiliate dashboard.
When and how do I get paid?
Approved commissions are paid monthly on the 1st by Zelle, PayPal, check or store credit. Before your first payout we need a W-9 on file and verified payout details.
I already earn Medura Rewards points for referrals. What changes?
You keep the same referral link. Once you are an approved affiliate, new qualifying referrals earn commission instead of points. Points you already earned stay as points. A single order earns points or commission, never both.
