Thank you for choosing Medura. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment has been received and verified.

Certain products, prescription items, healthcare products, custom-compounded products, high-demand products, or products requiring additional review may require additional processing time.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Medura reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse shipment if additional verification, medical review, payment verification, or regulatory review is required.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Typical domestic delivery times range from approximately three (3) to ten (10) business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of Medura's control.

Shipping rates and available shipping options will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to become active after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Medura is not responsible for delays, losses, misdeliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside of Medura's control.

Medura is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather-related delays, customs delays, labor disruptions, or other delivery interruptions caused by third parties.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify Medura within five (5) days of delivery.

Please retain all packaging materials, shipping labels, and damaged products, as these materials may be required for carrier claims or investigations.

Photographs of damaged products and packaging may be requested.

Prescription Products and Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain healthcare products, prescription products, compounded medications, supplements, peptides, wellness products, or temperature-sensitive products may require special handling.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving packages after delivery and following all storage instructions provided with the product.

Medura is not responsible for product degradation, spoilage, or damage resulting from delayed retrieval, improper storage, extreme temperatures after delivery, or customer handling.

International Shipping

At this time, Medura only ships within the United States and does not offer international shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges associated with the shipment.
