Medura Coaching provides general lifestyle, nutrition, fasting, exercise, and accountability guidance for informational and educational purposes only.

Coaching is not medical care. Your coach is not acting as your physician or healthcare provider, and coaching does not include diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplement, or medication routine.

Essentials and Elite are recurring memberships billed monthly at the price shown at checkout until canceled.

By subscribing, you authorize Medura and its payment processor to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.

You may cancel a membership at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

For memberships that include unlimited messaging, "unlimited" refers to the volume of messages you may send to your coach. It is not a guarantee of real-time, instant, or after-hours responses.

Coaches respond to messages during business hours and aim to reply within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays unless otherwise noted.

Messaging is intended for coaching support and accountability and must not be used for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

The 90-Day Transformation Plan is a single, one-time coaching session purchased as a one-time payment, not a subscription, and does not renew.

A one-time session includes the scope described at checkout and any follow-up window expressly stated there, after which the engagement concludes unless you purchase additional coaching.

Coaching fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by Medura.

Medura may modify coaching pricing, features, or availability at any time; changes do not affect the price of an active membership until its next renewal.
