Mycotoxins, produced by certain mold species, are some of the most prevalent toxins and can come from many sources, including buildings, vehicles, and food. - Follow the test collection instructions provided with the kit
- Do not collect your sample while menstruating
- Ship your sample Monday through Thursday only
72 Hours Before Collection
Avoid the following:
- Glutathione
- Charcoal
- Bentonite clay
- Other binders
Day of Collection
- Fasting is not required, but a 12-hour fast may increase mycotoxin excretion
- Collect your sample upon waking
- Do not eat or drink before collecting your sample
What happens next
