Why Standard Labs Aren't an Option for This Test
It's a common point of confusion, but standard national labs like Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp cannot process outside specialty test kits. They will turn patients away if they arrive with an Infinite Allergy Labs kit.
If you'd prefer not to book the at-home mobile service, you'll need to use an independent third-party lab (such as Any Lab Test Now) that explicitly offers 'specialty kit draw' services.
What happens next
Order your lab test through Medura, just like any other product. Within 24 hours of your order, you'll receive a secure link to create or access your lab test account, where your lab requisition is generated. Depending on your specific test:

Specialty tests (such as certain stool, saliva, or breath tests) ship directly to your home within 24 hours of your Medura account being set up, with all collection materials, instructions, and prepaid return packaging included.
Standard panels
Standard panels generate a digital requisition inside your Medura account. Enter your zip code to find a nearby Quest or LabCorp location, or schedule a mobile phlebotomist to come to you.
