- Sample collection requires a test kit shipped to the patient; the sample is collected at home.
- If you have ordered additional Access Medical Labs tests, all samples must be shipped together.
What happens next
Order your lab test through Medura, just like any other product. Within 24 hours of your order, you'll receive a secure link to create or access your lab test account, where your lab requisition is generated. Depending on your specific test:
Specialty tests
Specialty tests (such as certain stool, saliva, or breath tests) ship directly to your home within 24 hours of your Medura account being set up, with all collection materials, instructions, and prepaid return packaging included.
Standard panels
Standard panels generate a digital requisition inside your Medura account. Enter your zip code to find a nearby Quest or LabCorp location, or schedule a mobile phlebotomist to come to you.
Your account may include personalized supplement recommendations to help address areas of concern identified by your lab work.
Medura provides comprehensive lab testing services. Test orders are reviewed by a licensed physician as required by law. Your health records and results are securely stored through the secure account link Medura provides you. Results are for informational purposes and do not constitute a diagnosis.
