Prescription treatment orders are different. Because they involve protected health information, they're processed through a separate, HIPAA-compliant patient portal that keeps medical records isolated from our general marketing and referral systems. This separation protects patient privacy and keeps Medura compliant with healthcare data regulations.
If you refer a patient who orders a prescription treatment, your 5% commission is tracked and managed inside the patient portal rather than this dashboard. You can view and manage that commission at portal.medurahealth.com.
